Confirmed the strike and the demonstration of November 14
A few hours from the strike and the demonstration of University, Research and AFAM, compared to the last on November 11 with the Minister Gelmini wish to clarify some important aspects.

At the meeting we stressed that, while welcoming some aspects of the decree of November 6, which will be converted into law and could therefore be significantly and in a manner not necessarily positive amended, this does not erase the law 133, except on matters relating the right to study, and in some cases result in its actual application, even pejorative.
During the meeting there was then asked to put our signature to a record that, in fact, it is only a statement of commitment by Minister Gelmini to verify the government can give positive responses to requests to be contractual in nature and reported to instability, including the AFAM, contained in the platform of the strike.
This commitment to verification is not, of course, an act that gives concrete answers as concrete. Apart from the irritualità procedure, it is therefore clear that the FLC could not affix a record that no signature.
We reiterate, therefore, that no action on several points behind the proclamation of the strike and that, therefore, the FLC maintains the proclamation of the strike and national demonstration in Rome to defend University, Research, conservatories and academies, for defense of their public role for the future of the country.
Together with those who have proclaimed, and decided to keep the strike there will be many students who understood what is happening and do not want the crisis in the country falls today and in future on them and on all citizens.
The FLC is obviously available, as it has always done, to sit at the tables for comparison with the aim of supporting our alternative proposals regarding University, Research and AFAM, provided that the condition for success is the repeal of standards prescribed by law 133.
