Any objective to "redesign the country," goes the subjectivity and the dignity of work.
The reasons for the work were too often treated as a constraint in the country and not as a resource from which to draw and ethical value, today strongly disputed by the government, by Confindustria and the system of enterprises.
The wage issue, the themes of the labor market marked by uncertainty, the model contract, and the value of the national (CCNL) require the revival of the union as a general model of representation and representation of the world of work.
For these reasons convened an open meeting for men and women of the union addressed to the whole CGIL, to rebuild the sense and reasons of work. The search for a thought that can fly beyond the limits and boundaries of globalization that has understood the contradiction capital-labor as resolved and overcome.
