THE CONTEXT

Victor has been charged with crimes against public order and damage to private property several times, but there was evidence against him.
EVENT ANCALAF ALL 'ORGANIZATION American States (OAS)
While 's former Interior Minister Jose Miguel Insulza assumed the post of Secretary General of' OSA, organizations of the Mapuche people simultaneously accusing the state of Chilean human rights violations Human manager Víctor Ancalaf at this international organization.
