The priorities of the union
The outcome of the elections we deliver a policy framework more difficult for the interests we represent. Counterparties may sell again to the temptation of a privileged relationship with the government of right and divide the union.
We ask the employers associations and the government closed all contractual disputes that are still open, in the private sector and the public.

The assembly of working - Liguria FLC Society expresses its deep concern at the contents of the document launched by Direttivi Confederal of CGIL - CISL - UIL on "Routes to reform the structure of bargaining."
It provides a new mechanism that devalues the role of national contracts for the benefit of those supplements and which opens to a wide differentiation of wages and salaries to workers of the same job, according to the different regions or different sectors in which they operate, also linked to developments in individual companies.
The objective of a general salary increase, which is essential to reverse a trend that is working for years and has produced a significant reduction in the share of income going to employee benefit and pension gains, is not the place.
Indeed the three-year contract will make it even more difficult to simply "protection" of purchasing power.
The road to recover income may not be the taxation of extraordinary! Among other things, in some sectors of the public service institute of overtime is used marginally and replaced by other forms of intensification of benefits.
