The document CGIL, CISL, UIL on the reform of bargaining is deeply wrong because in the face of disaster wage Italians, who are the lowest among those of more advanced industrial countries, instead of questioning the policy of conciliation and moderation in that the last fifteen years has led to this negative result in the re even worse.
The document is:
1. Says that to improve income, security and quality of work is necessary to increase the quality, competitiveness and productivity. The document does not ever talk of redistribution of wealth and again in practice the policy of two steps: first the development and then the money. That means, in other words, which earn more should simply work harder. This will have negative effects on everyone, and especially on women who already have lower wages and are less available to the extraordinary because, between work and productive work of reproductive actually works make it two.

2. A mechanism for automatic wage increases that recover, even if only partially, growth in inflation, particularly if the companies delay to renew contracts or prices rise suddenly.
3. The reduction of the bonds that bind tightly wages to productivity and flexibility, with the full freedom to bargain in companies working conditions, professionalism, on wages.
4. Increased trade union democracy based on the right of workers to decide by secret ballot and practices transparent and controlled, on platforms and agreements. The overcoming of shares reserved for organizations signatories of the contracts in the elections of the RSU, a real participation in the decisions of the union at all levels.
It is necessary claim an economic policy that protects wages and pensions and effectively redistribute the wealth. We must reduce taxes for all wages and pensions, not just for overtime. It should be restored to a price control should be improved and the performance of public services. It should be taxing the wealth accumulated in these years. We say enough to wage moderation and conciliation, which are the real causes of the disaster wage in Italy, we say just the precariousness of work and rights.
