The new job in Turin: precarious, short and recommended.

Often, the collective, the idea that the "recommendation" is needed to find work, is associated with public work and southern Italy, but it is not.

A recent research commissioned by the province of Turin, shows that only 10% of the unemployed find work through the facilities authorized by the public, while more than half of those seeking jobs, "the place" find him through family members and acquaintances; the the rest was due to "personal".

Of course, it should be noted that the level of insecurity is facilitated by laws and rules that allow entrepreneurs to choose and manage dominate people. The last agreement on welfare has not reduced this power, we must therefore start from a fight for changing laws, looking to local situations.

For this union can and must become a way of resettling the people who today is likely to be represented exclusively by populist parties.
